Salah Al Masad is one of the distinguished judicial and legal figures. He began his professional career as a Public Prosecutor and rose through the ranks to become Head of the Narcotics and Alcohol Prosecution. He then served as Head of the Criminal Enforcement Office before moving on to work as a judge in the Criminal Division of the High Court. He later returned to the Public Prosecution as Head of the Public Funds Prosecution and Head of the Commercial Affairs Prosecution. He also served as Chairman of the Debt Protection Authority.
Subsequently, he rejoined the judiciary as Presiding Judge of the Commercial Division in the Court of Appeal for eleven years, before assuming the role of President of the Fatwa and Legislation Department.
Throughout his career he also served as Legal Advisor to the Minister of Defense for five years gaining extensive expertise in criminal, commercial, legislative and advisory fields.
